Event Management

 

If you want to run a gig, outdoor festival or a party including live music and don't want the hassle of organising it yourself?  You arrange the venue and we will do everything else.

 

Starting with viewing the venue and writing the risk assessment the Panic Team can then supply the PA system with sound engineer, stage monitors with monitor engineer, stage lighting with lighting engineer, stage management, initial artiste contact, running order, sound checks.  If we cannot supply a particular item or service then we can usually recommend someone else who can, we work with an number of organisations who can supply catering, doormen, security etc.
