Please check the terms and conditions of these ID cards, some are free some are not.

Most will require 1 or 2 passport-sized photographs.  Some applications require independent verification and signature by a referee (the form will list who is eligible) and some applications require photocopies of your passport/birth certificate.

You may already have Photo ID with proof of age that will be acceptable:-

Driving Licence       Provisional or full licence with photograph

Passport           If you carry your passport with you as proof of ID please be very careful that

                              you do not lose it

PASS APPROVED ID CARDS        (Government backed Proof of Age Standards Scheme)

Wrexham/Flintshire Proof of Age Card - 16 plus and 18 plus - FREE

Contact Trading Standards in Wrexham 01978 296060.  The card is issued free to all 16 – 19 year olds who live or go to school/college in the Wrexham Borough area.  You will have to attend Trading Standards offices/school/Yale College to have a photo scan.
